I measure at 53" based on how they want you to measure, which is their 5XL. Their site is very adamant that you shouldn't size down and that they take the need for compression into account.

If I go by their chart, my shoulder width (43 cm) puts me in the medium or large size, but my chest size (average of two measurements, 85 cm) puts me in small.
