starting T and I cannot and could not use trans tape or KT tape to bind.
But, keep in mind I have a small frame and large chest.
I don't have a large chest either. I'm like a B cup, maybe C. I'm just feeling really frustrated right now. I also got a pretty big blister when I took off my tape for the first time the other night but I made sure to avoid it. I felt like I would keep fucking crying sporadically if I didn't bind.

I've seen people use KT tape who were on the medium to larger side, it just might take more strips of tape (which can get expensive) and be more uncomfortable. I've used it in combination with a binder before and didn't notice much of a difference, but I wasn't very large-chested.

so kt tape is a brand of kinesiology tape. they all work about the same (including trans tape) but some have less stretchy fabric or better adhesive or whatnot also, the learning curve is very steep and it will take a while to figure out what works for you and how to do it in a way that doesn't give you blisters from pulling too tight 1
-place the rounded end about an inch and a half toward your chest from your nipple and press and stretch around the your side -STOP half way through and no longer stretch. Just simply lay the rest onto your skin as an anchor for the stretched area. There are plenty of video tutorials I have found through youtube if that helps.

I have a large chest and binders give me the monoboob look as well. I started using Transtape with my gc2b binder and it works like a charm. I look much flatter.
